Emulsifiers
Used to create a uniform and stable mixture (also called as emulsions) from two or more substances that would normally separate at high speeds by reducing the particle size of one substance and distributing them evenly throughout another liquid These units are with Saw cutter impeller to reduce particle size and housed in flange type cage. Models are with digital RP indicator (except RQ-127/D).
RQ – 140 / DE specially designed brushless AC variable speed Emulsifier driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load. Steady & constant speed ideal for solutions that change viscosity during (mixing). Emulsifier has built in digital RPM indicator for process validation and reproducibility.
